Offerings included a selection of pastries, granola, honey and yoghurt shots with fruit purée as well as a range of muffins including an original savoury egg and bacon option. This hearty breakfast made the perfect start to the day for the UVL venue representatives and guests.

DINNER AT BANQUETING HOUSE

Banqueting House was the stunning setting for a recent global chemical industry dinner. The evening was the perfect combination of delicious Table Talk food including a main course of 24 hour braised shoulder of Cornish lamb, and show stopping entertainment. Guests at this corporate dinner enjoyed two performances from The West End casts of Les Misérables and Phantom of the Opera before dinner guest Sebastian Coe concluded the evening with an entertaining speech... What an incredible night!

CONDÉ NAST PARTY AT THE SERPENTINE GALLERY

In conjunction with World of Interiors magazine, Table Talk made their debut at the Serpentine Gallery which has just been added to their already impressive venue list. The food, which included canapés and their signature market carts as well as Passion Fruit Martini's created Table Talk's perfect christening at this fantastic venue.

A WEDDING OF TRANSFORMATIONS!

After a traditional church service, guests at this English country wedding strolled to the reception through the gardens of the newlyweds' old school. They were greeted by drinks and canapés served by Table Talk in the picturesque garden at the Bride's parents' house. An impressive stretched canvas marquee created shelter and was the perfect location for the illuminated white LED bar.

After whetting their appetites, guests moved on to dinner through a secret garden, descending stone steps into another open-sided marquee. Table Talk's starter of pear and mascarpone ravioli with taleggio cream and asparagus was inspired by a dish from the couple's favourite restaurant in Florence, adding a personal touch to the menu. The wedding cake, made from cheese and decorated with fresh fruit, was later transformed into a stunning cheeseboard keeping the cheese lovers very happy indeed!

Whilst dinner was being served, a magical transformation was taking place. The previously white bar was lit in pink and a dance floor and crystal candelabra were installed, changing the reception marquee into a nightclub. Fireworks were set off as guests moved from dinner to the party marquee before a nine piece band (which included a rapper!) started to play.

SENSATIONAL FOOD, BESPOKE EVENTS, EXCEPTIONAL DESIGN

Table Talk showcased stunning food and design at the Annual Summer Gala hosted by the Royal Academy of Arts. Mini meals and inventive canapés such as crispy duck confit and kataifi lollipops with liquid peach centre made a perfect start for the evening.
After whetting their appetites, guests were treated to a little ‘theatre’ on the floor. Three versions of Table Talk’s signature wooden food carts were wheeled into the galleries. Styled around London’s food markets, guests helped themselves to Billingsgate, Smithfield and Borough Market carts that offered fantastic displays of seafood, cold meats, patés, Scotch eggs and cheeses with home-made chutneys and breads.
As well as the impressive Prosecco bar  that greeted guests in Gallery 3, two fun cocktail bars in the Large Weston Room gave guests the opportunity to make (and drink!) their own Pimm’s Martini or Marmalade Fizz.
A finale of mini desserts created a flawless end to the evening. Waitresses carrying usherette trays, designed for each individual dessert, quickly became the new centre of attention! Treats included strawberries and cream truffles, salted caramel chocolate lollies, mini summer pudding roulades, lemon meringue pies and Pimm’s macaroons.
With wonderful flowers by Lavender Green, modern mirrored bars from Event Concept and a dynamic Velvet Entertainment DJ this was an unforgettable evening!

STUNNING ICE BARS AND CREATIVE IDEAS

Table Talk catered at a spectacular event for Saab Technologies UK Ltd held at the London Film Museum. Drinks flowed from the uniquely designed spirit, champagne, beer and cocktail ice bars which had specially designed menus frozen into the ice. Waiting staff in bespoke aprons served a selection of canapés from trays that were themed with the Saab logo as well as an array of satisfying and delicious mini meals including lemon oil poached Scottish salmon with Cornish new potatoes, tomato and herb mayonnaise. As one of the events held in the evenings of the Farnborough International Air Show, this stylish and memorable reception certainly got people talking!

CANAPÉS AND COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS

Table Talk had a fantastic evening working at a press event on the Samsung Floating Eco Home at St Katherine’s Dock. The boat made a wonderful venue for the summer’s evening reception. As well as relishing Table Talk’s canapés and mini meals, guests enjoyed a fun and informative cooking demonstration by Kitchen Director Martin Clare using Samsung’s Dual Cook Steam oven. Guests were shown how to make a delicious main course of roast fillet of Loch Duart salmon, orange braised bronze fennel, crab and potato beignet, wilted spinach and a cider butter sauce (and of course were given the opportunity to taste it!)

PARTY WITH ASPREY

Table Talk served food at a fantastic reception with Asprey and British Bloodstock Marketing. Taking place at the start of Royal Ascot, the canapé trays showcased fascinators and top hats as well as turf, daisies and small iron horseshoes as decoration. Table Talk served a selection of canapés including seared carpaccio of beef on toasted sourdough with truffled artichoke purée and spicy Thai crab cakes with mango and ginger dressing. As well as fantastic cocktails, guests raved about the English sparkling wine or ‘Britagne’ from Coates and Seely, the delicious Blanc de Blancs and their exquisite top award-winning Rosé.

A GREAT BRITISH GARDEN PARTY

Steak and chips as well as crab cocktail mini meals, were among the tasty options served by Table Talk in the gardens at Middle Temple Hall. The expertly maintained and award-winning gardens, located in the heart of London’s legal quarter, have stunning views of the Thames and created the perfect location for this corporate reception. The Great British weather held strong, allowing guests to enjoy the evening sunshine while keeping cool with Gooseberry and Elderflower Momos and Pimm’s Martinis.

AFTERNOON TEA ON A ROUTEMASTER BUS!

In conjunction with Grazia magazine, Table Talk hit the road on a Routemaster bus…! In honour of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee and the great British summer a special double-decker bus stopped at various London media agencies where select guests hopped on to the top deck and were entertained with games, pampered with manicures and indulged with tasty treats… Table Talk served a delicious afternoon tea including mini Victoria sponges and freshly baked scones as well as fresh lemonade which kept the guests truly satisfied! What a unique way to celebrate the Jubilee!
